One of the most creatively rewarding events at the creative space at the East Village, was the acquisition of "You Are Here" posters by Bettina Equities Management. It is amazing not only to get an opportunity to leave a memorable work to remember this experience., but also to see the work hanging at the very site that inspired them. To share some of the influential cultural history of the East Village with residents of these iconic sites. Thank you @bettina_equities !
And special thanks to @lenirusso_nyc for her support and vision.

It may not look like fun today, but we talkin about @pattiastor and the impact and cultural influence that she and her FUN gallery had, and it's felt till this day.

Before the Fillmore East and just about a block away: The Anderson Theater began as the Public Theatre in 1926, focusing on Yiddish vaudeville and films. It was later renamed Antillas Theatre and booked by Harris Theatrical Enterprises for Spanish-language programming. In 1957, it reopened as the Anderson Theater, named after theatrical agent Phyllis Anderson.
