Shipping and Delivery:
All orders of original works are shipped free in the US.
The studio ships to almost all countries worldwide.
If you are located somewhere we do not ship to, you are welcome to contact us to find a solution for you.
Art will be shipped out 3-7 business days after purchase has been made.
We are not responsible for any Custom fees that your country may request in order to release the goods.
Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days if the refund is approved.
When refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. (It takes up to 10 business days for payment to be refunded)
You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding shipping costs.
